Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of your order being marked as delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be in brand-new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused)
  • All original tags, stickers, and labels must be intact
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product must be in resellable condition with no signs of damage, odor, or wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Request Procedure

All return requests must be submitted via email. Please contact us at info@mamas-craft.com with the following details:

  • Full name and order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear, timestamped photos of the item and its packaging

Processing and Timeline

Once your request is received, we will review it. If approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

Returned items must be shipped within 5 business days of approval. The full return process, including inspection and refund confirmation, may take up to 2–3 weeks.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Size-Related Returns

Returns due to incorrect sizing are not accepted. Each product page includes a detailed size chart, and customers are required to confirm their selected size during checkout.
